Fist of all, that's NOT a good photoshop. You could have taken a picture of the front of cigarette for its reflection. Secondly, ehm...where is the "killing" part? I can only see torture here. For anything from war, crime, and something in-between, this works. Spiffingly.

But for a anti-smoking campaing? Heck, no!

This could even make it look cool, after all, we see fear. Anyone who wants an scene where the bad guy shows how mean he/she/it is will use this as a reference.

Sorry, but message here is not "Smoking kills". A cig in your eyes hurst like hell. But you'll tell the tale.
